Observing the Uncertainty Principle

Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle states that there is inherent uncertainty in the act of measuring a variable of a particle. It introduces an element of unpredictability at the quantum level. In this painting there is hidden figures watching something and by watching they influence what they are observing. I like to think that there is uncertainty in the universe and not everything is determined. The experiential and spontaneous process I go through when I paint well exhibits the uncertainty of how a painting will form at its final form.
